Reap Preferred Employer Policy

The following Preferred Employer Policy outlines eligibility and benefits for prospective residents employed by our designated preferred employers. Eligible applicants will have their application and administrative fees waived and receive a 5% discount on their monthly base rent.

Policy Overview

To qualify for the Preferred Employer Program, applicants must provide one of the following forms of employment verification:

  • Company ID and most recent pay stub or W-2.
  • If the employer does not issue company IDs, the applicant must provide the most recent pay stub or W-2.
 

To qualify for the Preferred Employer Program, applicants must provide one of the following forms of employment verification:

  • First Responders (Police, Firefighters, Paramedics)
  • Veterans
  • Active Military Personnel
  • Medical Industry Employees (Nurses, Medical Assistants, Dental Assistants, Dentists)
  • All City, State, and Federal Employees

  • DISD and Collins ISD
  • Walmart
  • The University of Texas at Dallas
  • Medical City of Plano
  • Baylor Scott & White Medical Center of Plano
  • Texas Instruments
  • Comfort Inn Plano-Dallas
  • Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Park Central Area
  • City of Dallas workers
  • City of Collins workers

This policy is subject to change at any time. Employers may be added or removed from the preferred list without notice. The discount amount may be modified at the discretion of management. By applying under this program, the applicant agrees to the terms of the Preferred Employer Policy as stated above.
